About ZuTaoHub

Independent China-side support for overseas robotics projects.

ZuTaoHub is built from Shenzhen to help overseas robotics builders, research labs, hardware startups, and embodied AI teams communicate with China-side suppliers and data collection resources more clearly.

ZuTaoHub is not presented as a large manufacturer, a public product catalog, or a fake trading company with inflated scale.

The work starts from a real customer requirement: a component question, a cable or connector issue, a custom part file, a robot accessory need, or a robot training data collection request.

The purpose is to reduce China-side communication friction and help the customer move from unclear requirement to supplier-ready or data-project-ready discussion.

Why Shenzhen

Close to the hardware supply chain, but not tied to one factory.

Shenzhen and the Greater Bay Area are close to electronics, cables, machining, automation parts, robotics hardware, prototyping, and fast supplier communication. That local position is useful when overseas teams need practical China-side follow-up rather than a passive supplier directory.

Supplier communication

Many useful suppliers are difficult to evaluate from a website alone. ZuTaoHub helps turn customer requirements into clearer supplier-side questions.

China-side sourcing support

For overseas robotics teams, labs, hardware companies, and project groups that need supplier communication, quotation follow-up, sample coordination, or a practical China-side sourcing agent for robotics-related projects.

Not a fixed catalog

ZuTaoHub does not push only one SKU list. The request is reviewed first, then the suitable path is judged from the project context.

How I work

RFQ-first, context-first, follow-up by email.

The workflow stays practical. First understand the requirement, then clarify what is missing, then communicate with suitable China-side resources, then organize the response for the customer’s next decision.

01

Review

Review the customer’s message, files, photos, BOM, drawings, or data requirement.

02

Clarify

Identify missing specs, quantities, files, task definitions, delivery format, or acceptance criteria.

03

Coordinate

Communicate with China-side suppliers or data collection resources based on the confirmed requirement.

04

Follow up

Organize quotation basis, sample details, milestone review, delivery terms, and follow-up questions.
